Do I need to apply or be approved to teach?
No. Sign up and publish your first class — there's no application, no review queue, and no minimum audience size.
How do I get paid?
You set the price for each class and students pay at checkout. Payouts are processed manually, monthly, while we're in early access — automated payouts are on the roadmap. basefloor takes a 15% platform fee on paid classes.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The Starter plan is free: up to 2 classes per month, 60 minutes per class, and 25 students per class. No credit card required. When you outgrow those limits, Pro is $49.99/month.
Do students need to install anything?
No. Classes run in the browser on desktop and mobile. Students click your class link and they're in — no downloads, no meeting IDs.
Who owns my content?
You do. Your classes, your recordings, and your relationship with your students are yours. We host and stream them for you — we don't claim rights over what you teach.
